The Process:
You, dear reader, please answer the question, "Who's in charge here?"

Based on the picture, it's Mr. Salmon Suit, the guy who looks like he wants to sell me a "really sharp car" with "fantastic leather seats" and a "really kickin' sound system." But everybody knows that Elvira is the real leader of the Oak Ridge Boys.

How funny that these AARP members still call themselves "Boys."

Mr. Salmon Suit is definitely the *next* one to be in charge, but the verrrrry bearded guy who looks old enough to have seen the Oak Ridge Mountains being formed is still in charge for now.

Wowee, strange eyes. fixed smiles, why do these people always sit next to me on the bus?

It's the black shirt seated man, the others are his satelites, and he has mastered "how to sit on a chair". He is in charge

Have we already not posited in previous weeks that the most hirsute guy is in charge? Most hair, hatted, bearded gent on the left is in charge.

I think we can eliminate the guy on the right based on age alone. He could be the grandson of any of the others and, in fact, kind of looks a like a producer who accidentally ended up in the band photo.

That leaves the three old men. Has anyone ever seen "Oh God You Devil" the George Burns movie from the '80s in which Burns plays both God and the Devil? When he appears as the devil, he wears a suit much like the one worn by the standing gentleman in the middle. If George Burns movies from the '80s are to have any meaning (and what would life be if they didn't?), the guy in the devil suit has to be in charge and the other two (in black)are his evil minions.

Giddyap uh oom papa oom papa mau mau.
