The one with the biggest dreds is in charge and judging by the size of the snuggie on the guy on the far right, he is definitely in charge.

It's definitely the guy on the far right. You get the feeling that noones dares to oppose the far right guy.
The leader of a small non-profit wears khakis to work. Not so the leader of a punk band. The guy on the far right is wearing khakis. Not torn khakis, not khakis that have been stained in some sort of rebellious or ironic way. Just khakis ... with a belt ... and his shirt tucked in.
The two on the left are looking for direction to the guy in the University of Missouri sweatshirt, and not just because he's tall or supporting the Mizzou Tigers. He's clearly the baddest and he's in charge.
