Purpose:
Determine a band's leader by analyzing a publicity photo.
Disclaimer:
A band's inclusion on this blog reflects neither an endorsement nor a criticism of its music. This post is merely intended as a spotlight on the inner political workings of a collection of individuals who are in the midst of a cooperative, creative endeavor.
The Process:
You, dear reader, please answer the question, "Who's in charge here?"
After sufficient discussion has taken place, a verdict can then be passed based on a majority vote.
Band: Os Mutantes
Genre: Tropicália
Website: http://www.mutantes.com/
Voting ends on: Monday, June 21st, 9:00am CST (GMT-5)
THE VERDICT (Updated!)
Voting has ended.
Here is the tally:
The Top: 5 votes
The Girl: 1 vote
Congrats to The Top, who comes out on top (Get it? Get it? Huh? Huh?)

I never realized Paul McCartney, Peggy Lipton and Pedro from "Napoleon Dynamite" were in a band together!
The leader is obviously Paul McCartney's non-union Mexican equivalent, top of the pyramid.
vota pedro? no!
vota paolo mequartni? si!
(translation: i agree with mcgone.)
Since we're apparently viewing the band through a compound eye this week, the proper question is: Who is in charge from the standpoint of a bee or housefly?
Insects are hierarchical in nature, so I'll have to agree with McGone and Hatless and vote for the top of the pyramid.
The one on top! I mean, the one on the right. No, on the left! Actually he's on the bottom!
Aw, screw it.
The guy on top. Because he's on top.
By my count, there are 18 people in the band. I say its the girl closest to the top right corner.
