There is a spicy rivalry going on here between the fourth and fifth women (from the left). I'm going to say that Chica Cuatro is in charge, but she has to put up with Chica Cinco always trying to usurp her. Just look at the way Chica Cinco puts her arm on her leg - it's a maneuver meant to show that she is ahead of Chica Cuatro. Chica Cuatro is in charge!
I initially thought the fifth from the left was in charge, what with her leaning forward-ness, but then it struck me that she's trying too hard. Now I think it's the third from the left lady. I'm not sure why, she's just more at ease with herself and confident.
Mature 'strawberry blonde' on the far left, she's just finsihed sewing some sequins on and made it nto dampen the look-at-me-ness of the gels.

"the chick" won't work this time. If strawberry blonde could have garnished a middle-ish position, she would have got my vote. Since I don't know which owns the Bedazzler, i'm going with Chica Cinco.

Well, I really wanted to be original and clever, but after thinking it through I couldn't think of any good reasons for anyone other than chica cinco to be in charge. She's clearly el jefe.
I'm thinking it's between chicas 4, 5 & 6. I agree - I think %5 is trying way too hard. I was about to pick #4, but there is something about #6. I'll probably the one one to choose her, but I am going for number 6 from the left, 2nd from the right.
Estrogen is definitely in charge, but which chica has the most? Chica Cinco.

Far right is in charge. She has the biggest smile and also the watch by which the group tells the time.
lonie polony is correct - "chica de la derecha" is in charge.
Wow. For the first time, I actually don't care who's in charge. But it's probably whoever sells those magenta shirts.
Their costume designer
I can't tell whose leg Chica Tres is fondling, but it appears to be that of Chica Dos. Chica Una's butt is clearly, as they say here in Dallas - Foat Wuth, "axe-handle wide", and would be the drummer if mariachi bands had drummers. Perhaps the guitaron? I vote for Chica Tres, because of her apparent latent lesbianism, which I support.
This is the strangest Scottish band I've ever seen.
I'm with Lonie and Hatless. It has to be Chica de la Derecha. She's the only one who has her hot pink sleeves rolled up, ready to work.

I agree, Chica Cinco. Notice how her leg is a little more bent, she's a little more forward than everyone else and she's a little something more.
Cinco. Strawberry blonde is hard to find in the website pictures.
The squinty one in the middle. She may be at the back of the picture, but that's only 'cause she's gotta hide the puppet strings she's holding.
Third from the right looks the most confident.
