I'm guessing the leader is Patrick Macnee, the seated gentleman on the left. the others form a protective shell around him, provided the attacks come from the right side only.

Finally, a band I've actually heard of!

Clearly, dreadlocks is in charge, he has the most hair and it is bounteous.

The Hawaiian shirt has to play into the dynamics somehow. I'm giving him the nod.

Top left, in the vertical stripes, isn't just the president of the Hair Club for Men, he's also a client.

That said, he didn't have enough influence in the band to get his shineheaded colleague to join. I'm going to vote for blue Hawaiian shirt, seated left, because he somehow got his hair plugs into a widow's peak. That must cost a fortune.

The only other candidate, with the dreadlocks, looks like a bass player; and this band isn't exactly Rush.

Not that it's a bad thing to not exactly be Rush. I'm just sayin'.

Has to be seated guy on the left. His outrageous Hawaiian shirt lets everyone know he's in charge with his wacky sensibilities and crazy taste in clothes.

In jazz collaboration, all five members are equally in charge musically. But the lower-left guy is in charge of all the other stuff, like wardrobe & travel arrangements, so he gets my vote.

See the jazz made my spelling so woeful I had to delete.
It's jazz, eurgh, I cannot say, they seem really nice but as it's jazz I'll bring a note from mother and sit this one out.

The orange sherbert shirt guy on the far left looks like a former boss of mine. He wasn't in charge of anything either.

The guy in charge had to take the time to pose the other band members before he could get in the picture. Far right in the front was last to sit down so he's in charge.

I showed up here first thing on Monday morning, before anyone else had commented, but the guys in this band just looked so....i don't know...*nice* that I couldn't think of a single clever or funny thing to say about them. Yes, it's all teamwork and friendliness here. No one/everyone is in charge.

Hmmm, now which one of these guys looks like a Spyro... I'll go with the pained-smile baldy on the right. He could be a Spyro Gyra.
