The Verdict (UPDATED!)
It's unanimous! Puffin guy takes it. I guess nobody but me thought the guy on the left was quietly and sinisterly replicating himself (witness his double on the right). Still, I recognize that not all of the band has been replaced, and he won't have total power until everyone else is dead.
