I wasn't sure who J.D. was referring to, as to me all the band members have a passing resemblance to Mr. Coogan.
In this case it doesn't really matter who looks the most like Steve Coogan, as the preponderance of votes indicates that Evil Oliver Platt is in charge.

Suit jacket guy. The way he's leaning back and observing his kingdom shouts power.
The Oliver Platt looking guy up front, trying to give his best "I'm evil" face.
I'm with Barbara on suit jacket guy. The dude up front and the one on the right look like they could be twins. They have matching pseudo-scowls that are really annoying.
I vote for the guy up front who looks like he wants to spit up some blood.
