I ended up combining different types of votes ("Captain Feathersword is in charge", "The kids are in charge", "The group's corporate overlords are in charge") into the Everyone / No One category.
Just as in the recent Wu-Tang Clan post, no member goes home voteless.
Maybe it was obvious to many who viewed the picture, but I didn't even think of a Star Trek connection related to the Wiggles' colored shirts (poor red, always the unlucky one to die!). I really enjoyed all the different rationale for voting. Thanks to everyone who participated.
So anyways, where were we?
Ah, yes.
Yellow made a valiant attempt, but it just wasn't enough for the confidence of Blue. Congrats to Blue! You're in charge!

I'm going with Light Blue shirt guy. He looks the least uncomfortable with that pose which suggests to me that it was his idea.
I say it's the guy in the yellow. While the other color shirts are more subtle, his stands out and your eye is drawn to him immediately!

The guy in yellow.
Anthony Field, the blue Wiggle, is the leader of the band. Yellow Wiggle is the lead singer, and a fine one at that. Teal? There is no friggin' teal in the band -- get a new monitor already. They are blue, yellow, red, and purple. I realize that, for an adult, I know far too much about these guys, but I'm a grandma caring for a toddler who has to have her fix every day.
yikes! my daughter is obsessed with these guys and dare i say greg (yellow wiggle) is the leader based on how many solo's he sings versus the others - but he's been replaced recently (due to fainting spells or something). this isn't a current band photo.
I vote for the person behind the camera. Being able to make these guys look like even one of them is capable of being in charge must have been a difficult task.
Definitely the guy in bottom left in the blue. He looks like the "bitch."

Well my pick for leader would be the guy in Blue (bottom left). The fellows in purple and yellow respectively are too goofy lookin to be eligible. And the guy in red seems to lack a few marbles (which is the impression his face expression gives me). The blue guy looks most self assured of them all. Whaddya say, he's the best among the worst. So I say: "Go Blue Guy !!"
I'd say the guy in the light blue shirt; he looks the most confident/assertive.

I would say the guy in the light blue top... he looks kind of sinister and has very pointy eyebrows. Having said that, the guy in the yellow has pointy AND very bushy eyebrows, so it should probably be him.
guy in yellow. he's highest above them all and i think the tallest 2. everyone else is leaning down or squatting
I think it's the guy in the cyan blue, he looks the most confident. The other guy who looks like he might be in charge is the one in the yellow. The one in the red looks like he is separating himself from the others and the one in the deep blue looks manic.

the yellow wiggle has my vote;
he is the highest of the group, and real life height is directly related to height in the pecking order.
his shirt is the most distinctive, meaning that your eye is drawn to it first, determining that he comes first in the group.
however, the red guy seems to be passively aggressively undermining his authority with a heavily laid back attitude and an almost as distinctive shirt. plus there is some unseen tension by the way they are purposefully avoiding angling their heads towards each other

I think the leader is the guy in the front row to the left.
He seems to be more in control than the other guys.
I don't care much who's in charge...they all creep me out equally.
the guy in light blue in the bottom left corner is obviously in charge. just look at his smile. it's the only genuine one in the bunch. he's there because he wants to be there. his smile is the only one that doesn't say "i've sold out my dreams and goals in life to pay the rent."
The gray dude sporting a light blue shirt, lower left hand corner is without a doubt the leader. The rest of the people's look goofy, like someone put them up to the whole two-thumbs-up thing. It's that lower-left-hand gray dude that is smiling like he's amused to be making his band look like such idiots.
The guy in the blue in the bottom left looks like he should be the leader. The rest look more uneasy posing as if they're trying harder to impress someone.
It is so the guy in blue. He is the only one with a true smile. The others are just over cheesy. Plus didn't that yellow guy leave the band?
I'd have to go with guy in red, he looks like he's trying to get the photo shoot out of the way asap. You can see the door in he's eyes

Being a mom, I've always had to watch a lot of the Wiggles. It has always seemd to me that the guy in the yellow shirt is the one in charge.
I came across your blog through the homepage of blogger, and it's very interesting!
Long after the voting is over, and everybody has left their opinions, I have come to confirm it is indeed the Blue Wiggle. My daughter is a big fan, and I have become one too... but he is definitely in charge. His brother is their manager, even. He may not be the lead singer, but he is the boss. He does most of the writing for the stories/songs (along with his brother(s)), involves his family the most, actually posts on their message board (as well as his brother, the manager).
